On April 29, Landon scored his 171st career goal, breaking the school record of 169 set by Tony Spada in 2009. A varsity starter since Grade 8, Landon has been the driving force behind the program's rise—back then, the team was 4-10. Today, they are 8-3 and chasing a sectional title.
“Landon has been a huge part of our change in success,” said head coach Matthew Swart.
The record-breaking moment came during a 9-5 win over Rondout Valley, where Landon scored two goals and helped lead the Sawyers to another strong victory.
