Graduation Details
The Graduation Ceremony is Friday, June 26 at 6:00 PM. All Graduates are REQUIRED to be here at 5:00 PM for a MANDATORY REHEARSAL.
IF THE CEREMONY IS HELD OUTSIDE:
- Location – Football Field
- Graduation Rehearsal – Senior High Gym
- Handicap Parking – Near football field in the back of the parking lot
- Handicap Seating – A section will be reserved. Golf carts will be available
- No Tickets Required
IF THE CEREMONY IS HELD INSIDE:
- Location – Auditorium
- Graduation Rehearsal – Senior High Cafeteria
- Handicap Parking – Designated area in the parking lot nearest to the building
- Handicap Seating – Designated in the Auditorium
- Each Graduate has received four (4) Tickets
Live Stream: The graduation will be livestreamed. The following link will take you to the District's
YouTube page where you will be able to access the livestream the day of the ceremony:
Graduation Photos: Adile Jones Photography, aka Mrs. Jones, will be taking photos after you cross the
stage.
Weather
We will continue to look at the forecast throughout the week. A decision will be made on Thursday and it will be communicated via text blast. If the graduation is inside, a second viewing for non-ticket holders will be set up in the senior high gymnasium. All rules in the Saugerties School District’s Code of Conduct will be in effect during these activities. Use and/or possession of tobacco, alcohol, and/or drugs are prohibited.
